Trystan Reese, a transgender man residing in Portland, Oregon, has welcomed a baby boy into the world alongside his partner of seven years, Biff Chaplow. Leo Murray Chaplow, their son, was born on July 14.

While Leo is their first biological child, Reese and Chaplow are not new to the realm of parenthood, as they had previously adopted Chaplow’s niece and nephew in 2011.
