A curious child decided to look over the balcony parapet and see what was happening on the street. The movement was noticed by a house cat sitting nearby and immediately pulled the baby back.

From the beginning, the cat was also on the balcony and looked out into the street. She didn’t pay much attention to the baby as long as he just peeked slightly beyond the parapet. At some point, the boy decided to take a better look at the street and started to get up to bend over.

The cat no longer liked this movement – as if it understood that there were several floors below. Without thinking twice, the animal extended its paw and made the curious observer step back. The little researcher had no choice but to return to his original post.
